Please read these terms of service carefully before you start to use the site. We maintain this service as a platform for users to get in contact with interested lead buyers (sales persons or merchants). By using our service, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of service, please refrain from using our service and site.

The materials contained on our site are provided from users of the service and I Want ASAP do not claim to be or constitute legal or other professional advice.

I Want ASAP do not accept any responsibility for any loss which may arise from accessing or reliance on the information on this site and to the fullest extent; we exclude all liability for loss or damages direct or indirect arising from use of this site.

I Want ASAP.com is a site operated by Fixido AB; we are a company registered in Sweden under registration number 556885-1850. Our registered office is at Malmskillnadsgatan 45, 111 38 Stockholm. Our VAT number is SE556885185001.

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis due to beta stadium, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

You agree that, if you register at I Want ASAP, you will accept our terms and conditions, and any other surviving agreement between you and I Want ASAP. So long as you remain a registered user of I Want ASAP, you are able send request subject to this agreement and other rules and requirements set forth by I Want ASAP on the Website. You need to be 18 years old minimum to register and use our service.

Your right to use the service is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents from the site is not transferable. 

I Want ASAP enable users to request for a product or service. The information is sent to the Fixido service as a lead. Fixido is a marketplace for exchange of information about potential customers who have shown an interest in any product or service from I Want ASAP (a "Lead"). A "Lead" is defined as a request made by a consumer for a product or service. Participants in the Fixido service include "Buyers" and ”Sellers" of leads. I Want ASAP use the Fixido service to market and sell Leads. Each Lead “Buyer" uses the Fixido service to search for and/or purchase Leads from I want ASAP. Lead Buyers pay a transaction fee to Fixido for each purchase of a Lead.

No information in a lead can contain defamatory, offensive, abusive, obscene or illegal content or adult content or content in connection with gambling or illegal drugs.

You agree that the information you send to I Want ASAP is accurate, correct and legal. You are not allowed to send spam or junk data using our service. All information must be real.

You agree that you will not use the lead Information in any way not explicitly allowed in this agreement. You agree that you will not, nor will you allow any other person or company to enter into the I Want ASAP Service information not representing a real, existing, genuine Lead.

YOU AGREE THAT YOU OWN, OR ELSE HAVE THE LAWFUL RIGHTS OR LICENSE TO PROVIDE THE INFORMATION AND ASSOCIATED INFORMATION DELIVERED TO I WANT ASAP SERVICES.

If I Want ASAP decides, in its solitary decision, that a user is manipulating lead information, then (i) this Agreement shall instantly terminate; and (ii) the user will be locked.

You pledge and agree that all leads information provided by you is compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws and Licensing Requirements. You represent and warrant that: (i) the execution, delivery and performance by you of this Agreement will not violate any law, statute or other governmental regulation including, without limitation, the Can-Spam Act of 2003, the Do Not Call Implementation Act, The Telemarketing and Consumer Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and any other valid laws and the rules publicized thereunder; (ii) the gaining, compilation, collection and/or prior use of the Leads did not and does not violate any law or laws, including without limitation the Can-Spam Act of 2003 or the Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act; (iii) the Leads supplied via the System are owned or validly licensed by you; (iv) the Leads consist of records of persons who have expressly indicated permission to receive third party commercial email advertising messages and/or who have expressly indicated permission to sell their data to third parties, without subsequently rescinding such permission by virtue of submitting an opt-out or removal request; (v) the privacy policies under which the information in the Leads was collected expressly indicated at the time the information was collected thereunder that the individual’s information, including without limitation his/her personally identifiable information and specifically the phone number, email address and/or direct mail address, would be sold, licensed, rented, leased and/or shared in some capacity with third parties for the purpose of third-party marketing and solicitation; (vi) the Leads will not violate the proprietary or intellectual property rights of any third parties; (vii) you have obeyed with all applicable local, state, and federal licensing requirements.

We aim to update our service regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our service, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site and other tools may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.

Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our site or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our site, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for:

loss of income or revenue;

loss of business;

loss of profits or contracts;

loss of anticipated savings;

loss of data;

loss of goodwill;

wasted management or office time; and

for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable, provided that this condition shall not prevent claims for loss of or damage to your tangible property or any other claims for direct financial loss that are not excluded by any of the categories set out above.

We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. When accessing a site via our website we advise you check their terms of use and privacy policies to ensure compliance and determine how they may use your information.

The Service, content of the Service, and the functionality, can be altered, detached or added at any period. I Want ASAP are never accountable to pay compensation for modifications in the Service. Notices of changes in the Service can be made public on the Service. Upgrades, support and notices From time to time, I Want ASAP will, and retains the right to, send you information and offers about upgrades, documentation and other services offered by I Want ASAP and its Partners. Nevertheless the foregoing, under no conditions will I Want ASAP or any of its Partners have any commitment to provide you with upgrades, enhancements, modifications, or support for the I Want ASAP Services or related Services.

The Swedish courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site.

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Sweden.

We may revise these terms of service at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.
